Service Description

Apprentice classes are a wonderful way for new teachers to gain confidence and experience cueing clients through Pilates movement. Our apprentice instructors have completed entire courses in Reformer (level 1,2, and 3) as well as anatomy classes and are working through their certification in all other apparatus. For that reason these classes are priced at a lower level than classes with Erin.
